A: It's more easier, But even if the download is free, You still gotta buy a key to use it. Don't think about cracking it, We can remotely ban this from running on any computer from your network if we detect it trying to communicate with our servers from modified libraries.

A: If we detect that you didn't purchase the key, We will also ban your KipeID And the software from running on any computer in your home network.
Q: How can i get the ban lifted if it's a misake?

Q: I Forgot my KipeID Username/Password OR I Can't login
A: Contact support@kipesoft.com and be prepared to provide the support team the same information you have in your account to prove ownership of this account BUT Your password, Kipesoft doesn't know your password or would never ask for it.
Q: What if i don't know the information on my KipeID and i already purchased a Activation Key
A: If you purchased it, but didn't activate it, Make another KipeID And activate it with your new KipeID. BUT If you purchased AND Activated it, And you weren't able to answer the questions Kipesoft Support asked you about your account, We can't help you further. Why? People may lie about a ownership of an account thus could lead to stealing accounts.
Q: I lost my activation key, What can i do
A: Contact support@kipesoft.com and explain them the problem and provide them a Paypal transaction ID, They will find your Activation key.
Q: My friend got access to my account and contacted Kipesoft support to change my password
A: Not possible, He won't know much information that's stored on the account but your username and password, And you should contact Kipesoft support to change your password if someone has access to your account. If by any way, Your friend DOES Change the password. We will try to help you change the password, But again, Whatever is done on the account is not our responsibility, It's yours. You gave your password out.
Q: ACB Suite 2015 is getting an error
A: Report the error at support@kipesoft.com
Q: ACB Suite 2015 keeps saying my activation key was already activated
A: Make sure you didn't give out your activation key, We can't do much if you happened to give out your activation key, And don't worry about giving it out after activating it, Because it's linked with your KipeID Account and from pretty much after activation you won't need it anymore as ACB Suite will detect if you activated the product already with the same KipeID.
Q: ACB Suite can't contact Update/Activation/Host Server
A: Make sure ACB Suite isn't blocked by a firewall and you have active internet connection
Q: Can i run these bots offline?
A: No.
